Cubs get a huge win down 2-0 in the series as Greg Hibbard goes 6 1/3 scoreless in a 7-4 win. Dwight Smith and Sammy Sosa drive in big runs and the Cubs bullpen barely holds on. Cubs are now back in the series down 1-2 with Game 4 from Wrigley tomorrow. Box Score below.

Cardinals still up 3-1 send ace lefty John Tudor (21-8 1.93 Grade 20YZ) against Dennis Eckersley (11-7 3.08 Grade 10YZ). The Cardinals jump on Eckersley quick as they get 2 runs in the top of the first. Jack Clark doubles in Tommy Herr and Andy Van Slyke singles in Clark.
