The #6 seed Montreal Expos take out the #3 seed and NL Champ Phillies 4 games to 3. The Expos would race out to a 3-1 series lead before the Phillies would come back to force Game 7 in Philadelphia. The Expos would bring the bats to Game 7 and crack 3 homers including one by series MVP Marquis Grissom (.483 3HR 9RBI). The Expos will move on to face the winner of the Astros/Mariners series.
