The World Champion Reds begin their tournament with a sweep of the #13 Detroit Tigers. The Reds would keep Cecil Fielder under wraps and get good series from Eric Davis and Glenn Braggs. Reds pitchers only allow 2 runs in the first 3 games as they will move on to face the California Angels in the Elite 8.
