Well I would like to provide screen caps with stats and a brief summary but my newness to this software shown through as I deleted the series. I had a couple of series I was testing with and I was removing the clutter, bad decision. The Braves did win the game behind Greg Maddux and a big homer by Ron Gant. Braves win Game 2 9-8 in a slugfest from Fulton Co Stadium in Atlanta. The teams would combine for 7 runs in the first inning alone as Candiotti and Avery got shelled. Braves score the winner in the bottom of the 8th. Deion Sanders and Fred McGriff homer for Atlanta, while Mike Piazza drives a long homer for LA. Game 1 in the OOTP 93 Tournament features the #16 seed Los Angeles Dodgers vs #1 seed Atlanta Braves. The Braves finished with a record of 104-58 and just got by the Giants who won 103 games. The Dodgers finished 81-81 and 4th in the NL West. Game 1 was dominated by Greg Maddux as he would go the distance allowing only 3 hits for the shutout 6-0 victory. Game 3 in New York is a must win for the Braves. This game featured good pitching from Mickey Mahler and Nino Espinosa. Unfortunately for the Braves the Mets pitching was better as Espinosa goes 8 strong in the 3-1. The Braves jumped out on top with a run in the top of the third but the Mets score 3 unanswered over the next 4 innings to seal the series. Lenny Randle with the big solo shot in the 5th that gave the Mets the lead they would not relinquish.
