Out Of The Park 19 Tournament Results 1990 – 1994
So far we have held 5 tournaments using Out Of The Park 19 and they have been so fun to play. Can’t recommend this game enough as a great way to play baseballs past, present, and future. We started out tournament replays in the 1990’s and as you can see from the winners below just like baseball anybody can beat anybody in a given series. Game 6 – 1985 Tournament Replay Astros @ Dodgers
Astros have won 2 in a row and have momentum. They send Mike Scott (18-8 3.29 Grade 13Y) to the mound to get to Game 7 as the Dodgers send Bob Welch (14-4 2.41 Grade 14YZ). The Dodgers would get on the board first as they get a RBI single from Mariano Duncan to make it 1-0. Scott and Welch keep the bats quiet until the 6th as the Astros would tie it up 1-1. Kevin Bass would take Welch out to center field. The Dodgers would get that run back in the bottom half as Ken Landreaux singles home Greg Brock. In the 8th the Dodgers would get an insurance run courtesy of a Bill Madlock RBI single. The Astros would get 2 runners on in the 9th…

Game 4 – 1985 Tournament Replay Cardinals vs Cubs
The Cubs with no room for error send Scott Sanderson (5-6 3.12 Grade 8YZ) to the mound versus Bob Forsch (9-6 3.90 Grade 4Z). The Cubs would get the lead in the 2nd as Chris Speier would single home Leon Durham with 2 outs. The Cubs would add 3 more in the 3rd, Durham driving 2 home with a double and Ron Cey singling home Durham. Cubs would add an insurance run in the 6th as Bob Dernier gets the 2 out RBI. Sanderson pitched shutout ball into the 9th when the Cardinals would finally dent the scoreboard as Darrell Porter would drive in Terry Pendleton.
